Adding a Tablet to my Verizon Network

My Mother wants to used a NuVision Tablet, but she needs the Internet before using it.

Can someone give me the Steps to add my Verizon Network to her Tablet?

I try everything and it says can't connect to the Network!!!!!

There is a faq Page here that tells you how to set up WiFi

Normally you must have wifi on your network. You look for your SSID name and select it from the WiFi networks showing on the tablet. Then it will ask for the network password. You must enter it exactly as it is set up. If the password is correct the tablet will connect. It will also save the login for future seamless connections.

the tablet uses the b/g bands. So your router must have those bands to connect.
