Address Database Incorrect?


Our address comes up as not serviceable, but neighbors have FIOS and technicians have confirmed that we should be serviceable, even pointing out the terminal on the nearby pole that they would tap into to service us.  How do we go about contacting someone past the first level of customer support to get this looked into and our address approved?
