So here the thing. I called customer service due to bills went up and the guy told me to login on my account and renew my agreement.
I Follow his Instruction. (I ask him for same plan).
So after that I got my Order No.
Then I look at the Bills for that Order # How come my Bills will go up 252$? When all I did was "Renew my 2-Year Contract"
Really need help. The Verizon Chat does not help at all. It clearly show the Cart on first page - 131$ -10$ due to 2 year agreement renew. But why did it turn into 282$?
