Amazon Gift Card Promotion

In the same situation apparently every other person who signed up for Fios is. Promised the Echo, Prime and $100 gift card. Received the echo and prime but after 4 months of trying, still no gift card.  Anyone else in Virginia having the same issue? I know of a few neighbors already and am giving them a few more days to deliver on the promise of the gift card before I contact the State attorneys office. This is a scam and Verizon needs to be held accountable.
