I have received an email with instructions to redeem the echo and 1 year amazon prime. Whenever i click on the "Let's go" button, it brings me to My Verizon, and the Redeem Amazon Offers are nowhere to be found. Anyone else getting this issue? I just received the email so not sure what the issue is.
I also refered a friend who has had service for over a month and there is nowhere to redeem the $100 Visa gift card. They signed up for FIOS tripple play and I was told I would get the gift card and credits on my account but have not received anything yet....
