i have had fios on 2 separate occasions and both times I have been scammed both times on the promotions they were offerd...1st was a gift card that we were told we would receive if i signed up for there service and never received and now it is the amazon offer ...i clicked on the the redeem button on the fios app but did not have all the necessary info to fill out the form so when i got the info and tried to go back and fill out the form i could not find the link ...and when i called the 1st time i was lied to and lead to believe that i would receive and email with a link to redeem the offer but instead got an email telling me that i could not get the amazon offer anymore...there was no warning about if i click the redeem button it is a one shot deal and would be unable to go to the link again and after doing some research i was not the only one this happened to...so i believe this a common practice with verizon fios..
so no i would never recomend them to anyone only if the like be decieved and lied too by the sorry excuse for customers service...
