Anyone else have their connection drop constantly?

So in a nutshell, I have had my connection drop at least 17 times in the last 6 months or so.

Every time its the same thing. 

Call in.  Have them reset the connection to my outside box.  I pick up a new dynamic address.  Everything is working.

I've had my outside box replaced twice.

I've had my router replaced twice.

I've had at least 4 technicians come out and give me the run around.

I've had the issue escalated to tier 2 networking who then told me it was fixed.

I just talked to a supervisor Linda {edited for privacy} who's idea of customer service is to talk sternly and tell me everything I have been told is wrong.

Is anyone else getting this type of Customer Service?  Does anyone employed in technical support actually know what they are doing?

I'm really fed up with this.  All the time invested into calling in and getting the same crap over and over. 

Anyone else  having something similar?
