Billing / New Plan Interface

When I go to "change/update plan" section of my portal, i see the following image:

When i select this plan, my "new price" plan turns to $89.99 ? I look through the specifics of the detail listed and it should equaly $49.99 + fees, but i'm unable to opt-in for this specific offer.

Total dependent on if you already have a contract. Or if the offer is no longer offered.

call 1-800-VERIZON but do not change any plan or anything on the phone or chat.

keep saying I am only seeking information on the price discrepancy. And do not click any account buttons or you may be in a pickle. Be cautious.
