What kind of communications company is Verizon? I spend hours on the phone, keep getting disconnected,try to pay a bill which has a credit on it-yet still get robo calls looking for money. I know I'm small peanuts in this big plantation, wish there was a way to handle a problem with out being transferred 6 times. Any body have and direct numbers to some competent enough to resolve a situation?
