Dear Verizon,
During yesterday we had an apparent blacklisted IP address: {edited for privacy} at your server xe-0-0-2.GW9.DFW7.ALTER.NET [65.208.9.101] for about 4 hours from around 11:30 to 15:30 hrs CST, as the Mexican Telmex/Uninet carrier informed us causing a service interruption for some of our customers. We aren’t sure if the blacklisting was done at your side but any information regarding this subject will be highly appreciated.
The IP {edited for privacy} is used for one of our VoIP servers to host SIP extensions for telemarketing traffic coming from our Call centers traffic.
The following traceroutes show how we were able to reach another of our IP addresses but not the {edited for privacy} one:

The issue is solved now but may I kindly ask you to verify why the IP address {edited for privacy} was blacklisted and which process we should follow to get this IP address whitelisted ?
As reference, our company is a well-known Telecom carrier with FCC214 license since 1998. Our websites: www.computer-tel.com<http://www.computer-tel.com> and www.directo.com<http://www.directo.com>.
Thanks in advance for your attention. Rgds.
