Browser and iOS App Load Times

I just switched back to FiOS from Comcast. I'm regretting it, honestly. Some Internet heavy iOS apps won't load, like Facebook. A number of browser page load times are insane! Not all browser pages have this problem. I have changed my DNS servers to Cloudflare w/ Quad 9 backup. I have my own Netgear Orbi router over Ethernet, as I have Internet only and I don't need MoCA. This did not help.

When I turn on my VPN service, all pages load as they should and as they did without the VPN on Comcast.

Does anyone have any insight that they can share regarding the site load times...or timeouts, as it were?
