Myself, several family members and the majority of the neighbors in my Fios wired apartment complex are having an issue with the internet slowing to a point where the browser thinks there's no connection. The TV cuts out also for a few minutes. This is happening several times an hour. Sometimes, it lasts only a minute or two and sometimes it lasts 45 minutes. It has been happening for the past 2 days.
I've called customer service and received virtually little help. They keep blaming my modem and what not. But it's a city wide problem. Can someone please explain what is going on and give an estimate on when this problem will be resolved?
Please do not suggest resetting, unplugging and blah blah blah. It's all been done before and would not help.
