My landlord has said that I have cable that needs to be buried (I believe it prevents them from completing yard maintainance). What is the best way to have this done? I dont have problems with the services but I will with the HOA/landlord if this doesnt get addressed.

i would call your city, town, village engineers office to find out the proper place to call to speak to a live person who can bury the cable.
