Rather than selecting sites to block on my home DSL Westell 7500 - can i limit by selection sites available to visit with all links blocked?

I know of a way that will work.
#1 Register at OpenDNS for an account.
#2 Setup your account for your network.
If your public IP Address is not Static, it is recommend to use the DDNS Service that they offer.
#3 Tell OpenDNS what to block using the selection tool (by catergory).
#4 Set the router to use OpenDNS as your DNS Service Provider.

Otherwise, no.
Your router does not allow you to block by catergory.

Second OpenDNS. The Westell can be set up to use OpenDNS's DNS servers, and with an account there, you can configure website blocking at the DNS level. The only workaround would be to change the DNS Servers for machines on the network away from the ones the Westell uses.
