Where can I get a new password for the internet. Have spent 4 hrs with oversea support with no result. They sent me a new modem figuring that would work. The activation software said there is an account for my phone line and asks for a password I do not have and then shuts off the internet. This has been going on for four days and am total;ly frustrated and wondering if its all worth it. Please help.

Then if you can access that site, follow the directions.
In the Gateway it shows not ready. wireless connected dsl connected. Try to connect and idoes not recognise password and username for ISP.
What is the brand and model of this device ( gateway ) ?
