Can not visit some Chinese websites for more than 10 days!

douban.com

iqiyi.com

xiachufang.com

etc.

There're other sites not working too, traceroute only shows me this

My neighbor using fios has the same issue, but people using fios in the same town have no issue, my att lte has no issue, verizon support no help at all, just kept saying it's the websites problem. This is Fort Lee, NJ, anyone knows what might be wrong? Thanks.
