Can the son or daughter of the account holder make an appointment? If so, does age matter?

yes, but what kind of appointment? if it a dispatch appointment, your son or daughetr must be 18 years old and above. Or any other appointment? as long as you provide the information like, adress, account holder's name, and other info yes it is. But the exeption is the changing of password of your verizon email or account, as far a s I know only spouse is permitted.
