Can't access ESPN3 with Verizon High Speed Internet

I had a local outage with my service this morning and the Verizon techs got me back online this afternoon.  Now I have a problem accessing ESPN3.com with my service this afternoon.  I can get into the website, but when I try to log on with Intenet Explorer, I get a error message and a white screen.  When I try with other browsers, I get the WatchEspn pop up, but no video of the event only a white rectange where the video should be.  I'm trying to look up an ESPN tech support number, but I can't find one.  I know that ESPN3 has worked yesterday, because I was watching video.  The High Speed Internet works on YouTube, so it has to be just WatchESPN that does not work.  Please help.
