We have cameras we were able to view remotely when we had Cox. I can see them on my phone as long as I'm home on wi-fi, but as soon as I turn off wi-fi, I can't view the cameras. I called Verizon & the tech walked me thru port forwarding but it still doesn't work. Any suggestions ?
You could try entering the ip of the cameras in the DMZ.
i am assuming you are using the Quantum Gateway router G1100
google the manual for it. It shows how to do it. Sorry I am replying via my phone. Or I could have given the link to the owners manual.
