Can't redraw charts in the Federal Reserve website

The Federal Reserve has lots of data that is publically available.  They offer charts and graphs.  This is an example:

At home, if I change the date parameters and hit "redraw," it does not redraw from any of my 5 computers (one is a Mac).  However, if I take my laptop, that didn't work at home, and go to my office, a hotel or anywhere else, redraw works.

Obviously, there is a setting that is preventing it in the Fios router. 

Any help is appreciated.

Strange... Are you using any special settings in your router, such as Parental Controls or custom firewall rules that might be perhaps filtering out content? Also for kicks, while I haven't checked to see how the redraw feature works, have you tried other browsers and DNS servers?

I haven't set anything special.  I also set up one PC as a DMZ that should bipass everything and it still won't re-draw.

On the browsers, I can bring a laptop to another location and it will work there.  That indicates it's not a browser setting.  I haven't checked how the redraw works but I asked a tech at the Fed and they were perplexed also.  I did not check other DNS servers (next test.)

I tried to reproduce the problem you are having and for me it works fine.

What browser are you using?  Try clearing cache and coookies and see if that helps.

Be interested to know which browser and version you tried this on.

I'm using both IE and Firefox -- but that can't be it because when I move the laptop to my office.

I get the following errors in the router log;

Are you running IE9? If not, upgrade to IE9. I'll wait.

OK, upgraded? Good. Now, perform the following steps:

1. Browse to the site you linked using IE9.
2. Press F12 on your keyboard to bring up the Web Developer Tools
3. Click the Network tab
4. Click the Start Capturing button
5. Make some adjustments to the graph options on the page, then click Redraw Graph.
6. You will notice the in the Web Developer Tools pane start filling up with data
7. Once the page has finished re-loading, press Stop Capturing.

Now you have a snapshot of all the browser activity that occurred when you clicked the Redraw Graph button. The first thing you'll want to look at is the Result column, which lists the success or failure of every network request the browser made. All the numbers in the Result column should be 200 (success). If any of the numbers do not come back 200, that's cause for concern.

To me, it sounds like the DHCP Server in the router is disabled.

Yeah you shouldnt be showing the 169.x.x.x address but rather a 192.168.1.x address.

Are you able to surf to other websites?  Can you see what your IP address is?

I don't mean to nit pick, but it does not have to be 192.168.1.x

Correction.

It could be..

a) 10.x.x.x

b) OR 172.16.x-x to 172.31.x.x

c) OR 192.168.x.x

My nework has the internal subnet of 10.4.X.X.  I will check the DHCP server, as suggested but I don't see how that could be the problem because I serf other sites and it resolves instantly.  I have to check to see if my Windows 2008 is set to assign DHCP addresses.

What's interesting to note is that as soon as I hit "redraw" on the Fed website, these errors show up in the router log. I'm thinking that the two 169.254.1.x IP addresses are my FiOS DVRs and are somehow interfering with this.
