Cannot find a way to delete files form personal web space

Since FTP no longer works I wish to delete my extra personal webspace. I'm instructed to delete the files first but I cannot find a way to do that to do that. The instructions I receive tell me to ". . .go to Site Builder and select Manage My Personal Web Space. . . ." but I see no link entitled "Manage My Personal Web Space" there. What next?

Good luck with that.  I spent two hours on the phone with them today with exactly the same question, and just kept getting transferred around.  I don't think they have anyone actively supporting the personal webspace site, and without FTP, it's pretty useless.
