Whenever I try to manually connect to my network extender I just get a blank screen. When going to its IP it takes me to /home.html?k=3 and that is just blank
upn inspecting the elements I can see that I'm am getting a connection reset 200 error. I need to log in to shut off WIFI and I can't get in to it while I can't get a log in prompt, does anyone have any ideas?
You need to disconnect the uplink, whether it is coax or ethernet uplink to G1100 or your own router. Then perform a factory reset and directly plug an ethernet cable from a computer to the extender without uplink. This way, you don't need credentials to log into the extender.
