Cannot log on to some, not all programs

Reset an older Asus Essentio desktop I had using my own Win 7 disk. I am now getting this error message in Chrome "Server has a weak

ephemeral Dillie-Heffman public or ERR-SSL-Weak-Ephemeral Key-DH-Key". In IE will not open most programs. Any ideas greatly appreciated

If Internet Explorer is not version 11, please upgrade it. Microsoft no longer provides support for anything older than IE11. Many sites are dropping support for the old IE8 as well. Or, upgrade to Windows 10 (free) and you can try using Microsoft Edge.

As for other browsers, the browsers are saying the encryption used by the Web server is too weak, and are refusing yo connect as a result. The server owner has to fix this, and is in their best interest to do that. They will need a better grade certificate for encryption or will need to upgrade their Web server software. There are workarounds which can be found on Mozilla's and Google's website, but they will decrease your browser security.
