When I try to print a KnowledgeBase page or a Forum page, I get a message: "Before you can print you need to select a printer." The message further tells me how to select or add a printer. The Print Dialog" box then opens. All my printers are shown, but when I select one, the "Print" button is grayed-out.

Is this an issue only with your web browser or are you unable to print from other applications, such as Microsoft Word or Wordpad?

Also, what browser are you using to access the pages you are trying to print?

All other applications print fine. Other websites print fine. The problem is with the Verizon.com site and IE9.

I'll have to wait until I get home to test then, as I don't have access to IE9 from here (work pc). I can say that from IE8, Chrome, and Firefox printing is working fine for me.
Can we get the URL for a specific page that you are having trouble printing, and maybe a screenshot of the Print Dialog box? It would make the issue much easier to duplicate on the other end, which helps to isolate the cause.
