Cannot reach blog.sina.com.cn

Hello, I'm having trouble opening the URL blog.sina.com.cn, but it works well on comcast and other networks. From traceroute it seems to have a routing cycle as 100.41.214.178 appeared twice:

I have no issues doing a traceroute to there.

Its possible there was a network issue outside of Verizon network.

BTW, this is mainly a peer to peer support forum.
