Cant go on some websites, says "connection reset"

If I try to go on a website it will not load and pop up with the message "This site cannot be reached The connection was reset" When I reload the page the same message pops up. The parental controls are off but it still happens.

That is an issue on their end usually and not your service.

a good way to test this is if you have a cell phone open the web browser on the phone type in the URL and see if it’s reachable.
