On 7/22 I returned my Fios Quantum Gateway Router to a Verizon store that accepts Fios equipment returns, but I'm keeping service. My current bill for the period 8/2 to 9/1 still shows a $10 rental charge for the Fios Quantum Gateway Router.
Because I no longer have the equipment, I would like the $10 charge removed from my current bill. I'd also like to have the return reflected in my account so that I won't be charged in the future.
I can't get the support I need from Verizon support chat. Could a rep here look into the status of the equipment return?
