Charged with Installation Fee for Transferring Service secretly

BEWARE Fios customers - Verizon is completely dishonest about self installation activate fee for a service transfer. It started with that they told me your new address is self installation ready. But I find out it only wifi work there in the first I move there. When I call them for help, they cannot resolve online and they said that they could send some to help without charge even I mentioned I am happy only with WIFI. And When tech came in to fix it, no charge mentioned at all and let me sign in his iPad. And NOW THERE IS One-Time Activities Fee. Disappointing!!!
