May you please open up these ports for TCP outbound traffic: 3724, 6112, 6113, and 9875?
Just a friendly reminder, this is a forum where users help other users. It looks like your issue may require a Verizon representative to review your account details. Please contact our customer service team via live chat or email at: http://www22.verizon.com/content/contactus/
Verizon the ISP does not block any ports except for outbound port 25. Your home router is probably blocking the ports. that's what a router with a firewall does, it protects you.
If you want the ports opened on your router, I would recommend using www.simpleportforwarding.com or share your router model number with us here, and one of us can probably give you instructions.
The website I linked is an auto port forward tool, free and very easy to use.
