Connect to xbox live with DSL

I cannot seem to connect to x box live through my verizon dsl. I have a westell 327W wireless and does not seem to work. I have 2 different computers in the house that work fine but no luck on the x box. Any help??

What firmware is on the Westell?

If you don't know, please follow my directions..

#1 Log into the Westell at http://192.168.1.1/ from any PC.

#2 If you have the Red and Black Verizon page, one of the things it will have System Monitoring at the top.

#3: If you have the Blue and White Westell page, one of the things will have Troubleshooting at the top.

#4 Should you be asked for a login, try the following:

admin/password

admin/password1

admin/admin

admin/admin1
