I have 2 Verizon Extenders to set up in my home! I'm using Ethernet Cable.
Can I connect 1 extender to the other extender or do both have to Ethernet back to the main Verizon Router on separate Cables of their own??
Can I go Router to Extender to Extender? or do I need to go
Router to Extender#1 and Router to Extender #2 with their own Ethernet Cable??

Both the 4 LAN ports on G3100 and 2 LAN ports on E3200 are layer 2 switches. E3200 won't notice a difference as they are all on the same link. E3200 uses SSDP to talk to the G3100 and fellow E3200s (anthropomorphized).
I do want to note that E3200s will resort to wireless backhaul with the G3100 if their Ethernet links were to break after the initial setup. The only way to make them use the wired backhaul again is to reboot all the E3200s. Coax backhauled E3200s don't have this problem because coax backhaul takes definitive precedence over wireless backhaul.
I haven't attempted to daisy-chain extenders. I would connect each extender to a different port on the router.
If there are no or not enough ports available, connect a small switch to an available port and then connect the extenders to the switch.
