Connecting Airport Time Capsule to Fios Quantam gateway.

    I am trying to connect my Airport Time Capsule to my Fios Gateway but I dont want to utilize the Time Capsule as my wifi. I just want to use it as my back-up for my MAC. What is the best way to set this up? I looked up many videos and boards but I cant seem to get a answer to pertains to my situation.

You should be able to do this by connecting the time capsul to the quantum router and then going into the Airport Utility tool and turning off the wifi on your time capsule.  You will still be able to use it as a backup for the devices in your network.
