Just wanted to say that this can be a real horrorshow if you don't do your homework.
FIRST: find out your network name and WEP/WAP/WAP2 key. Get Verizon to help you with this if you have to, because the info on the sticker on the bottom of your router can be VERY HARD TO READ.
NEXT: Make sure that you enter the key (password) EXACTLY. Don't end the process until you're SURE it's correct.
IF YOU REALLY MESS UP (and I sure did!): Find out from the radio manufacturer how to do a factory reset on the radio, then start over.
Would like to thank Sourabh (Verizon tech support) for trying to walk me through it, and it wasn't his fault that I had messed up the password and had to do a factory reset just to get to re-type the password. It's working now, though!

We had it written down from when our installation guy set us up several years ago. You are correct
about writing it exact. Make sure the 0 is not an o especially.
