It was China Netcom last time. Now, it's China Telecom.

Note 7, 8, 9 are in China. 20% gateway packet loss? Unacceptable. Consider how badly TCP was designed, congestion control would render the link useless.

Hello tifan,
While a Verizon employee may occasionally post here, this community is meant mainly for peer-to-peer support. If you need to talk to a Verizon representative, you should contact customer service directly.

Called Verizon and heard about "install antivirus software", "reset Internet Explorer settings" nonsense. Since there seemd to have no way in getting this fixed, I'll cancel the service tomorrow.

So ALTER.NET appears to have started having problems on 12/14
See http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/10895829742
This is impacting many providors.
This is a shower stopper for me since cannot get at youko.com even with the proxy http://yo.uku.im/proxy.pac
Have been on phone with Verizon and they already have sent a new router (this is not the issue!!!)
Time Warner Cable does not have this issue. Anyone have a tracert from TWC to youku.com? I am seriously considering switching back to TWC 😞
help Verizon!!
