Constant Internet interruptions

Hello ,I have a 1 Gig FIOS service - and I am constantly getting disconnected from my service even when hard wired in . Router doesn't lose link lights. I just get no internet connection on my devices.  This is happening way too often  ,like I said both wired and wireless.  I am not able perform my job functions efficiently. Thx

Ok. You said the router "doesn't lose link lights," then does your ONT lose NTWK or MGMT lights?

Does the FAIL light on the ONT come up?
