Contacting Engineering

Hi,

Our business recently relocated.  And even though there is a FIOS terminal about 700’ away from our building and some of our neighbors have service, the address comes up as not serviceable for FIOS.

Service Technicians working nearby even confirmed that FIOS is “here” and said to contact customer support.

So far I have gotten no replies, even though I’ve called multiple times.  How can I contact engineering directly?  Is there a way to escalate this?
