Contacting Vrizon

It is so difficult contacting someone at Verizon via email. Is there a Verizon email address I can use for a question about my DSL?

Every time I telephone Verizon, I get a different person and a different answer. Changes made, but not confirmed, etc. I am really very, very displeased with Verizon and the support they offter their long-time customers.

Have you tried going through the support site here? That gives you the option of phone, email and online chat.
