Our internet cables are aerial drop as per preferences of previous house owner. Is there an option to convert to underground cables? We had underground cables in our previous house and like the appearance as well as the safety of this arrangement. Please advise.

All you have to do is hire a contractor to bury you a 1 1/4 conduit from the pole to the house. Make sure they have a pull string in the conduit. Then you call Verizon to come out and rerun the fiber through the conduit. The main issue you'll have is that Verizon isn't making house calls at the moment due to the pandemic. So if you ONT is inside your house that will present a problem.
