Customer response after storm is terrible

My fios box seemed to have gone out after 3/2/18 storm on the east coast. Tried calling and chatting with customer service. Spent 2 hours on hold last night about another 4 this morning. Got as far as chatting with someone who sent me a secure link to a chat room to schedule an appt, but could not get anyone from Verizon to complete request. Simply unreal customer care!
