DFS or No DFS

The Enable DFS Channels during Channel Scan is enabled by default on my G3100 router, should I uncheck that box?  My router is currently using Channel 132 (5GHz) and I believe channels 100 thru 140 are DFS channels.  Your advice will be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

Dynamic Frequency Selection (DFS) gives more channels for 5GHz WiFi to select from. One catch is that some smart home and IoT devices have trouble connecting to the WiFi if the DFS is enabled. If you live in a place with lots of WiFi interference, DFS is suggested to be turned on, otherwise, there should not be a difference.
