Verizon telephone support for DSL connectivity issues is ineffective.
I must reset my modem every few minutes.
What can be done to fix the problem permanently?
A Verizon technician visited my house and told me I had a defective telephone. I replaced the device. Verizon added $60 to my monthly bill. My DSL service is still intermittant. The overseas tech support does not know what they are doing. I cannot get through to Verizon Billing Service bacause there is a backlog of call for 54 minutes.
It is apparent that Verizon does not care if my land line is working or not.
