DSL Customer Service and Tech Support SUCKS!

Over the past two days I have spend almost 5 hours on the phone trying to get my DSL service turned back on due to an error on Verizons end. Currently they are say it will be back in service on 12/21, which will be 7 days because Verizon screwed up... come on Verizon has to do betther than that!!
