So I was supposed to have an installation yesterday between 8am and 5pm. My husband took the day off from work and noone showed or did anyone call us. We called and confirmed the day before and the installation date is still yesterday in my account. I called yesterday and nobody could help me, I just called now and got put on hold for quite some time from someone to connect me and then you disconnected me. I am trying back again but I'm pretty aggravated that noone called to say they couldn't make it, especially after we called to confirm the appointment time. Can somebody please address my issue?
