I've been having the same problem for over a year! Calling support is no help, they either don't see an issue or they send me a new router which does nothing. I pay $80 per month for a service that I can't even use more than half of the time. I feel like I'm being robbed. I'm looking into switching to the local ISP for my area even though they're more expensive because I'm so frustrated. Same exact issue, internet light goes out on router while all other lights stay lit up. Rebooting the router doesn't even help anymore at this point, I have to just sit and wait until it starts working again. They really need to do something.
