Our high speed DSL internet service has been out since Friday 10am December 14th. It is now Wednesday evening, and still no service.... over 5 days with no service! I've chatted with a few online Verizon customer reps, and they seem to be aware that there is a problem, but no one has any concrete information. Just the copy/pasted standard apology.
So is anyone else out there experiencing this DSL outage? How widespread is this distrubance? Does anyone have additional information on what is going on, or how much longer our service will be out?
