DSL SLOW!

I have Verizon DSL - 7.1 -15 mbps and home phone line. 

my phone is not working  - no dial tone - I have called them multipel times - they check the line. They say is not from Verizon! 

My  interent DSL is super slow - I thought I got the "High Speed"   so Im paying more -  I  live in Los Angeles area west side - I dont know if anyone else has the same issue with Verizon DSL..... it's such a shame!

I canot use my phone and interent and Im paying for both! and I stuck with them since there is no other provider in my area 😞
