DSL Sadness

I have struggled through many years of very slow and sad DSL internet service. I have called support many times and when I finally gave up when Verizon downgraded my requested service because they could not give me addaquate service, saying that I was too far from the station.?? But they continue bill me for service tht does not even meet my old dial-up. 

My celular accounts are much faster than Verizon. I have never felt so fleezed. $29.99 a month for nothing as I have to use celular on my devices in order to have access.

Not happy in Brooklyn, New York.

Is FiOS available? Verizon may no longer be wanting to maintain the DSL service if FIOS is available for your home. Verizon does have a secret, unadvertised "Switch from DSL" plan for FiOS that runs approximately the same price as DSL but delivers more speed reliably. Might want to take Verizon up on that if the answer is yes.
