What speed should I reasonably expect with my DSL line?  My download speed is .96 Mbps (960 Kbps) and my upload speed is .36 Mbps (360 Kbps).  Is this the best I can reasonably expect?

depend on what your plan is supposed to be for, and the quality of your line,.

do you know what plan you signed up for?    

Have you optimized your connection?

and are you testing on a wired connection or wireless? 

also take a look at your tranceiver stats in your modem, and copy and paste those results.
