So this is a problem that has been going on for about a month and I've pretty much done tons of modem resets to attempt to fix the problem (usually to no avail in fixing the connection issue). My internet connection seems to flicker in and out. On some days its just fine and then suddenly stops and is unavailable for hours before I get connectivity again much later in the day. At other times, the conenction gets lost every few minutes. It's quite irritating and now am really considering switching providers since this is interfering with most of my tasks. Is there anything I can do to fix this issue?

I have been posting since May about not getting on many websites. I am convinced it is Verizon and I too am thinking of switching to another provider. I have spent 5 hours a day on the phone to India for 9 days with no resolution whatsoever. Yesterday installed new modem. No help at all. My service was down for 2 days. In general I can get to some sites but not all. It's Verizon!! Good luck!!!!
