DSL keeps dropping

I have been experiencing dropping connection ever since I bought a nettop computer. The story is.. I bought this nettop computer which is running windows 7 and is connected to the internet through my home wireless. The funny thing is, my DSL connection and wireless would work fine (very stable) before I turn on my new nettop, but as soon as my nettop is on, my internet would randomly disconnects. I would have to turn the modem and router off and turn them back on for it to connect again and after like 10 minutes or so (30 mins max) the internet would lose connection again and I would have to go thru the same thing over and over again. The internet would become stable again  AFTER i turned off my nettop. I don't know if there is any correlation to this. I jsut find it weird for my DSL to disconnect like this when my nettop is on.
